The thing about Russia is we'll likely never know if this was FSB, UHR, partisan forces, or a local mafioso.
- FSB wouldn't waste money on bombs.

Very nice of Ukraine to just kill one russian general, Ukraine could have kiled them all. Considering russia is still tresspassing inside Ukraine without Visa, Ukraine made a huge concession. Did Russia say thank you.
- If it was Ukraine it would be understandable. But Ukraine has been quite open about claiming their targets. I don't see it so crazy that it was someone else. Anyway...
