Ok, so you can't diagnose individual people in public, you can't diagnose Donald Trump because you thought it had ethics issues (there are even worse ethics issues of NOT diagnosing Adolph Hitler as egomaniac).
What about entire systems of behavior?
.... What about red tape and paperwork of the Health Insurance System as a means of the Billionaire class to rule over the everyday person? I used to work for 2 of the 3 richest people on the planet in the 1990's, and I noticed they have army of instantly available consultants, lawyers, accountants to take care of their needs, I was one such person on private staff. I was a technical fixer and consultant. Why can't you openly speak up and criticize when the system is rigged to "Stand Up For the Big Guy" and "Crush the Little Guy"?
