At least for what he needed to do it worked.
A friend of mine was given a laptop with a busted screen. Almost ⅓ of the screen was a garbled useless mess.
He couldn't afford a new screen, so what did he do? He tossed it in the freezer overnight 😂🤣
And I'll be damned if it didn't significantly improve the situation. Sure that does absolutely nothing to fix the cracks, but it sure did make the screen about 98% visible and usable after that.
