$48.00 for our gym membership so we can take showers

my wife and I have been going to the local Ymca for the last 6 months on financial aud which cuts the membership price in half. Weve been dinged a few times for paying late which is a ridiculous $20 overdraft fee. We were hoping to have the $48 for Tuesday already as to not overdraft again but finances have been tough this year. If anyone can help with even a little bit we would greatly appreciate it.
