Not even wealth is saving Americans from dying at rates seen among some of the poorest Europeans

The title reads very negatively towards Europe.

I have an alternative one: "Even the poorest Europeans live as long as the wealthiest Americans".

Which Americans? Whose wealth? Most of us are poor.

That's a feature not a bug
