The apology shouldn’t have been necessary in the first place. Cancelling the segment was a weak, spineless decision that will only encourage people who are afraid of facts. This is a loss for journalism as a whole.

Big corporations just buy up all our information networks. Here is a list of acquisition resistant, Canadian Owned and operated media.

They’ve always been right leaning as a news source but this is getting silly. If we don’t want to be state 51 we need to hold ourselves (and our media) to a higher standard.

Quite shameful. This is not what providing the public with quality news at a critical time looks like.
