Waiting for the douche with the AWP to appear in the space between the doors.

Is this a GIFified MP4 of something that should have been a lossless WEBP in the first place? I see both DCT chunks and dithering artifacts.
- Twitter stores media as mp4. Even if it says gif. My downloader uses ffmpeg to convert twitter's gifs into real gifs as original mp4s are often broken. Honestly I can't really see much of a difference myself and gifs just work.
  
  Who is it by? I'd like to see it in better quality.
