Is Lethal Self-Defense justified against whatever poison they are spraying on us?

I keep seeing this crap on an information board on one of my walking routes in my town.

They stick it on, and I rip it off every time I see it.

Then there was the guy that had multiple banners going on about the flat earth on the high street.

Makes me wonder if it's the same person.
