- Yeah I thought this extremely ironic after Biden’s stance on sending cluster munitions to Ukraine, but also Fuck Russia.
  
  Cluster Munitions aren't illegal if you don't make them illegal, Russia, Ukraine and USA all don't see them as illigal and they are illigal because the had a high failure rate and the shit stayed on the ground endangering people, nowadays ones are better regarding that.
