Supermac's has won its long running case against McDonald's to have the use of the "Big Mac" trademark cancelled throughout Europe.

While I don't really understand the ruling that McDonald doesn't use the trademark "Big Mac", I also don't understand how the trademark "Big Mac" could impede "SuperMac", so I think its a fair ruling.
