Brussels pitches €100B for grand plan to boost made-in-EU clean manufacturing

Does this really mean anything? These 100 Billion will be scraped together from a) an already existing fund, b) prospective funds from member states, c) prospective income from carbon taxation and d) private funding.

Also they want to spend 500 Billion for defense and it’s even less clear where that money will come from.

Unless…
