I do hear that it's pretty usual for work-related Slack chats specifically to devolve into people talking about their personal lives in general, as inappropriate as that might be

Sounds like someone got butthurt that they couldn’t get laid, likely due to their “alpha male”, “your body my choice” mentality and couldn’t stand sex positive folks talking amongst themselves. Also, most of it reads like educational training seminars held by actual trans and poly folks.
