Are there Canadian made pour over coffee filters?

This is a fantastic question and I'd also like to know!

I'm still looking for biodegradable paper filters that are made in Canada.

Even if you can't find Canadian filters (at the moment), don't be afraid to buy NotAmerican! My generic Aeropress filters (purchased some time ago) are made in China (the original filters are made in the States, so avoid those).

I personally do not make poured over coffee so take what I say with a grain of salt.

I went on a less plastic, and approaching zero wast, movement and this lead me to French pressing my coffee as there is no disposable parts.

I know it may not be an option but we've been using a French press for like a decade. Makes great coffee and no need to change filters. Also espresso machines if you can spend more $ 🤣

I use an aeropress a lot and heard good things about aesir filters, Canadian company manufactured in China.

Found Buphallo who do stainless filters for drippers, looks like that have some portable paper ones too.

Used a coffeesock for my chemex, This place looks like they do muslin reusable filters.

I don't personally love the coffee out of mesh filters (big reason I don't use French press all that often), cloth filters have some maintenance but do a really nice cup.

In Western Canada, I know there are Co-op Gold-branded filters. I don't have any at the moment, so I can't confirm where they're made, exactly.
