The instance is going to be unavailable from 22:00 for at most an hour, assuming nothing goes catastrophically wrong. I'm going to upgrade the instance to 0.19.9 (release notes) and deploy this bot blocking list.

Dear BBC, at just after 22:00 GMT yesterday, I tried to access feddit.uk and couldn't! When, oh when, oh when will our so called admins start ensuring constant uptime during downtime?
These incompetent admins should be ashamed of themselves and be fired immediately!
