This looks more like Marvel art. Very cartoony.

Peter Pan would be a villain in the DC universe with his child abductions and all.
Forget about him, why is everyone dancing in the street? :)

What superpowers does Peter Pan have? besides flying?

  That's a 'superpower' ? - Perhaps he has some sort of way of convincing people to do what they would not normally do. This would not be hypnosis because the hypnotiesd usually will not violate their held beliefs.
