UN peacekeepers all over the Gaza strip, with orders to shoot to kill if anyone from the IDF tries to enter it, would be a good start. Israel deciding all of their own accord not to violate it on day one is too wild to be plausible, I think.

I am aware that Israel is continuing to shoot Palestinians all throughout the "cease fire" while simultaneously accusing Hamas of violating the terms. Personally, my feeling is that there's about a 5% chance that there will still be a cease fire in Gaza by a few months from now. But it's more complex than that simple statement, and the truth is I don't know. The video talks about it more.
