Dan Bongo's costume was a play on "Mega Man" the popular video game character by Capcom. Seen in the red costume Bongos killed officer Blurt Sodbooger with a Japanese novelty toy hammer. Commenting today on his release Mr. Bongos thanked Trump and asked the press where the nearest adult bookstore was.
