Is anyone able to identify this DE (desktop environment) displayed on the tablet?

I've been trying to find it for a week now but I don't seem to have any luck so far. I had seen a video about it a couple years back from a brittish YouTuber who mainly reviews DEs, although his name slipped my mind.

It is a very minimalist UI with not much customisation apart from dock size, transparency and positioning, it is niche and not an extension or customisation of another DE, and I believe it may still be in beta, although I'm unsure.

Also I apologise for the image quality, it was the only one I could find. If anyone can identify it I would really appreciate it, although I understand if you are unable, thanks.

EDIT: Also I checked if it was Orion OS or other OS names in the text but none of them matched.

It says rehearsal desktop, Ubuntu desktop, and Android desktop in the picture. You sure it’s not rehearsal?
- I dug a little deeper and, at first I didn't think it was correct, but I found that ReagentOS uses the Rehearsal DE, which seems to be the right one. I admit, I did only skim through the text so I didn't catch that when checking it. Thanks for the help!

What's a DE?
- Apologies for not mentioning it, it means a desktop environment, which includes the interface, menus and some apps.

Maybe the one deepin uses
- During my research, I found that it was much more niche and unknown than I expected and I got many results about deepin desktop but unfortunately it's not the right one. this one seems to be much more simpler than deepin and doesn't seem to share any components with it either I believe.

Looks like UKUI to me, but not entirely sure
