Suggestion: Post URLs should include the community name.

Currently, URLs to posts have this format:

I suggest changing it to this so people can see the community immediately in shared URLs:

I wish it had been like that but changing it at this point would break too many links.
- You could keep the previous links intact. The software could handle both versions. It's probably also possible to create a forward from the old to the new URL format.
