Canada should retaliate to US tariffs by removing restrictions against jailbreaking digital locks

This is literally notions of a plan.

Does not mention actual action points and leaves the conversation with ambiguity and gaps on just "rethink trading strategies" as if someone needs to see what to do when the tariff hits.

And by stopping all electrical trade with the US, and instead GIVE US CHEAPER PRICING ON ELECTRICITY FOR ONCE.
