    Any normal human would get fired for saying "I don't like this document, so I'm not going to do my job", but I guess rules are different when you're a politician

As the toilet has yet not flowed the same since the great Judge Curic's epic clog of 1975. It just isn't right until the toilet's full flow is resotred. Right now multiple flushes and too often slow drainage just delays effective passage of such a bill.

    Congress must respect this process.
