The plot next to mine is in danger of collapsing. That happens when a player hasn't logged in and opened their house door in like 70 days. It's how the game stops people from just sitting on land they'll never use. Once the house collapses it spills out all the items inside and anyone can grab them. On UOAlive when it does this is spawns monsters to make it harder for people looking to scavenge hunt.
