I'm actually just now playing skyrim on pc for the first time, and now I really want this to be a mod.
Even if it's just a shout that spawns an arrow with high damage, it's worth a download.

The text/UI template is from Skyrim, in which the protagonist uses voiced spells which reshape the world according to the meaning/arrangement of the words of the spell.

Yes and no: it was those three, a reference to a book about the abuses of the insurance industry and "Depose", which was probably the Adjuster defining his solution.
Initially, the media only reported three of them, either in a deliberate effort (from themselves or the cops they use as sources) to avoid drawing attention to the book, or by honest mistake.
