Formula 1 Race Director Rui Marques will oversee FIA Formula 2 duties this weekend in Qatar after his replacement in the role has been dismissed by the FIA, according to reports.

Why was she dismissed? She was working and learning under Rui so she would have been the perfect person to replace him for the two weekends remaining on an interim basis like how assistant coaches take over for a few games or till the end of the season when the head coach leaves. Pretty weird that she is canned before even overseeing a single event
