Will sucking on Ice Breakers be healthier for me?

Okay, so from my understanding and experience, too many ice breaker mints can cause stomach issues for you. Will sucking on them for approximately 1 minute then removing it from my mouth be a healthier way to consume and avoid the pitfalls of over icebreaker consumption?

  • Real question, hoping that community rules apply to me since it's topical: why? How much do you consume? Do you have compulsions to eat them?

  • I would say you need a significant amount of them before you really need to worry about the side effects.
