You can't have deoxyribonucleic acid without dihydrogen monoxide. 100% of people who have ever come in contact with it have died!

No no, "will die". Ie 100% fatality rate for all who come in touch with it.
I don't know about you, but I'm still alive, some would argue. Physically at least.

We should strive to get rid of all the acids in our bodies. They can dissolve metals, imagine what they could do to you if you're not careful!
Dihydrogen monoxide is next on the agenda.

But Ebola (virus) only has RNA, no DNA.
I would suggest making a mene with a virus that has a DNA genome ... (eg hepatitis virus)
... or just use RNA ("RiboNucleic Acid") as the example, humans need it just as much to function as DNA ("DeoxyriboNucleic Acid").(But sure, Ebola needs our DNA in the sense that otherwise we wouldn't be alive. But so do nuclear weapons in order to kill humans.)

For me, the fact that Ebola is an RNA virus made the meme more absurd and funny, in a "cut off your note to spite your face" way
