Sloppy.
- Wearing the hat crooked was considered a mark of personal style. What's most sloppy is the position of his saluting hand. The USA doesn't show the palm while saluting.
  
  Agree with the crooked hand (am ex UK forces so I accept US have a different salute) but personal style shouldn't come into it. That should have been twice around the parade square in double time!
