Isn't this just straight-up bad for the company? Doesn't refusing to participate in arbitration open them up to lawsuits instead, which are more expensive and less favorable to the company?
Considering they also refuse to just pay their bills I don't know what people expect
So he forced the ex-employees into arbitration and now won't pay the arbitration fees. What an asshat. Maybe Twitter will declare bankruptcy once everyone's sued them.
I hope this fucking clown-house leads to laws being passed protecting workers from this kind of shit in the future.
