There's a heated debate over whether the big island of Tierra del Fuego should qualify for membership.

Add Stewart Island off the south of New Zealand to the coalition
- It would have had a better chance of making the coalition if they didn't keep leaving it off the map.
Depending on the sea state, Florida qualifies.
- One more hurricane should do it.
  Do they get separate electoral votes and their own governor then? Could be worth it. If only Democrats could control the weather.
"Bottom" is relative therefore long Island should count
- Madagascar agrees.
What about Madagascar? I think it qualifies.
