They’ve always been rambling. They’ve never been coherent. WTF is wrong with news outlets if they’re just now noticing?
It seems that people seems to confuse continuous babbling as being coherent. He's been relatively incoherent/nonsensical since at least 2016. Although it's definitely only been getting worse.
