- This is such a good interpretation. It took me right to the depression and anxiety monsters in my head. Clearly I'm broken lol
  
  I also read it as anxiety because you go back and forth a lot, second-guessing yourself. Therefore the angel/devil making that kind of motion to saw the head off can be seen as losing your mind.
  Also, the creatures escaping the brain are like a panic building, then breaking out to me.
