This toilet paper roll is missing 90% of the tube

Just opened this roll to find the tube was mostly missing. Half an inch of cardboard then raw paper

I don't get it. What's wrong with it?
- The cardboard tube only goes partially through the hole so the majority of the toilet paper is wrapped around nothing

The winders web alignment was way off probably after a roll change!

As long as it's not rub ya raw paper it should still work if you can get it on the roller.
- It works doesn’t turn as nice but does the job
