I'm having trouble identifying the fonts used in a Rhode Island state auto registration windshield sticker, hypothetically

Anyone have any brilliant ideas?

I used this recently to recreate some decals for a bicycle I was rebuilding. Worked great.
- I tried that one. It’s close, but still off. Not that it’s that big a deal. I just need this for a few days until I’m done jumping through the numerous hoops to register in Massachusetts.
