Is that why Stalin gave thousands of empty Crimean farms to ethnic Russians immediately after deporting the Tatars?

You don't even have a clue what the official party stance was, do you? Stalin labeled Crimean Tatars as traitors and Nazi sympathizers, forcefully removed them and gave their farms to Soviet workers.
