I weathered my skull mask and it came out great! Might do some more work to it later, but for now I am halpy with it.

The mask is going to be part of an undead king costume I am putting together! Can't wait until it's all done!
I’m just glad you’re halpy with it

Here's the WIP costume I'm using it on.
It's still heavily being worked on. I'm adding fur trim to the cuffs and the opening on the front to give it more of a regal vibe.

I am also curious.
4 0 ReplyHonestly just accrylics and sponge brushes with some paper towels. I did the whole thing on my twitch stream. I'll be putting the vod up on my youtube tomorrow if you want to see it!

It almost looks like you just had a real skull lying around and made it into a mask. Great job!
11 0 ReplyThank you! Doing weathering is a lot of fun, and it's actually pretty easy!

Wow, excellent job! I love the character backstory that I read in the comments too.
2 0 ReplyThanks! It's not super-duper fleshed out, just enough to cover inconsistencies and the weirdness of a fat skeleton!
