I love watching Thrive continue to grow. A free and open source evolution sim where you start off life as a single microbe. The latest release version 0.7.0 is out now adding new gameplay features.

Every time that I start a new Thrive game, I tell myself "I'm going to try a different strategy". And I always end with a wide and thin carnivorous plant, with energy being provided by chloroplasts and N+P being provided by eating whatever I find in my path.
