Do you love sim racing enough to spend $2,499 on a steering wheel? / Sim-Lab used the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team’s technical designs to accurately recreate the team’s steering wheel for gamers.

Now I love me some Sim Racing. I know it’s an expensive habit that ultimately is cheaper than real life racing. But…c’mon…? Surely not?

  • I like the little call button. I know it's probably to radio the pit crew or whatever, but I like to imagine it's so that the f1 drivers can call home if they're feeling homesick during a race.

    • I’m sure that could probably be bound to a Push To Talk button or something for extra immersion!

  • Pricey, yes, but tempted. For F1 fans, like me, it looks almost like a piece of art.

    • Can see that. But a piece of art that gets used or just kept safe? 🤣

      • If I’ve bought it, I would use it. And when I’m not, it would be on the wall. Best of both worlds… I’m surprised that for the price shipping is not included.
