I love the bumper sticker but this is definitely something the asshole driving under the speed limit in the left lane with 20 people behind them would have on their car.

Right? I love the sticker (minus the random capitalized words), but I've never been honked at in the 15+ years I've been driving. I feel like if people are honking at you, you're probably not paying enough attention.

You'd get a ticket for honking at somebody driving slowly on the wrong lane in my city.
That's not a good use of the device.

Not trying to be a grammar nazi, but this just screams "no one edited this before printing". Starting a sentence with a lower-case letter, missing a comma, the weird random all-caps BOOMER words... That's assuming it is a widely-distributed commercial product, though.
