This week in KDE: autoscrolling

This is the only behavior of mine from Windows I've been doing on habit. The copy paste feature is very nice but my muscle memory really appreciates this 👌👌

I used the libinput method for autoscrolling a lot, with X11. (Using the xinput setting) It stopped when I switched to Wayland.

Never thought to make it a GUI setting. More fun now.
