My version of Bulletproof Coffee

Ingredients:

• 1 cup hot water
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon stevia sweetener
• pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. In a mug, stir together the cocoa powder, instant coffee granules, cinnamon, stevia sweetener and salt until well combined.
2. Bring the water to a boil. Remove from heat.
3. Pour the hot water into the mug containing the mixed dry ingredients. Whisk vigorously until everything is fully dissolved.
4. Add the coconut oil and whisk again until melted and combined into the coffee.
5. Enjoy your bulletproof cocoa coffee! Drink immediately after mixing. Add any additional sweetener if desired.

Notes:

• If using liquid stevia add it at the end.
