Biden's voice was very faint and weak, unusually so.
Trump was Trump. Incoherent, but in a way that morons adore, apparently.

That faint weak voice was straight up embarrassing compared to Trump's booming confident voice. Of course it's easy to be confident when disregarding the truth. It still didn't do Biden any favors.

They said he was sick in the analysis after the debate.

Biden did not do particularly well. I think his voice and tone made it seem worse than it was, but it wasn't good.
Especially with Trump just lying about anything and everything, as usual.
