Every variation of God is unworthy of worship. Maybe if they stop pretending to be real I'll care.
Many different definitions of God seem to start from trying to imagine something most worthy of worship (rather than, say, observation).
Is it only the fact you don't believe any of them exist that makes each of them unworthy of worship to you, or one of their hypothetical properties?
Are there things that you do believe are worthy of worship? Being against worship could also be a valid position.
It's probably more their hypothetical properties that I don't like. I'm fine with people worshipping a constructed ideal that has no real power beyond what they give it in their lives, but I refuse to ever worship something that's supposed to be independently powerful. No gods, no masters, only people. I would also dislike the worship of something like nature or evolution for this reason, as while real and powerful, they can't be assumed to be "good"
