Aphantasia is a level lower, perfect for our hyper-individualistic age, it has no consequences at all for people, other than annoyingly inserting into conversation that they can't visualize things but can still imagine them. Or at least sometimes, like you talked about your memories being fuzzier than you want.

You also have no evidence that ADHD and aphantasia are caused by having unhealthy habits, so you're going against your own logic here by claiming that like it's fact. The burden of proof is on you buddy, ADHD is considered real science by almost all credible researchers and has considerable evidence saying it exists. Where's your evidence it doesn't exist? Where is your meta-analysis that says these are wrong or poor?

  Prove that aphantasia and ADHD are caused by an unhealthy lifestyle rather than ADHD tending to cause an unhealthy lifestyle, and then we'll talk. I don't even know where you got "ADHD is a sleep disorder" from because, while comorbidities of sleep onset insomnia and other forms of insomnia are common in ADHD (just as they are in other disorders), a large chunk of people with ADHD don't experience abnormal sleep.

  People with ADHD see an improvement in their life when incorporating excercise and healthier eating, as all people do, and they generally reduce stress caused by symptoms, but there are plenty of healthy people and MANY athletes who have ADHD (and aphantasia) as well and who still are often treated for it too, before, during, and after their careers. According to the MLB's published data surrounding mental disorders in the sport, the rate of ADHD in professional athletes is likely to be even higher than in the general population. The BJSM has similar findings on athletes, the research being by many psychiatry & medical experts.

  The point of my initial comment was to recommend to you something which helped me with the same issue. It's not some kind of thing that's neurologically stamped into your brain, but I'm sure they'll go on a goose chase for the "aphantasia gene" next.
  I tried to tell you how you can fix your "aphantasia", the proof is in the pudding. You certainly didn't claim to be doing any of the healthy behaviors I mentioned.

How do you explain healthy people, like athletes and a lot of nutritionalists who are fit, who have ADHD and, despite being fit & eating well, still suffer symptoms of the disorder and may participate in therapy for it or take medication for it? Do those people not exist to you, or let me guess, you're gonna say they're faking it?
  Michael Phelps has ADHD, and is the most decorated Olympian of all time. He has talked about ADHD quite a lot. Michelle Carter, Terry Bradshaw, Kevin Garnett. All legends in the sport. And these are just the household names, multiple studies put the prevalence of ADHD in college athletics/professional athletics as higher than in non-athletes of the same demographics.
  You have so far not actually provided evidence for your assertions, and your false claims fly in the face of actual reality. You can't actually muster up anything that says exercise and healthy eating cures ADHD because it's just not true.
