What they're failing to mention is that, since most of these races have only one Democrat candidate, and since most Democrats are paying lip service to the state of israel, this is statistically uninteresting.

Also, and this is a pretty important point you may have missed--the politicians they're talking about didn't necessarily endorse them back. They're saying "the people we like won primaries". A Democrat has the option of repudiating an endorsement from AIPAC, but they probably don't care that much and they may not even know.

I simply cannot imagine being so dim that I'd think a political action committee that solely exists to promote Israel wouldn't screen politicians for being pro-Israel before backing them. This is Teflon coated levels of smooth brain.

Imagine being so dim that you don't realize you can promote any person you want, at all, for any reason at all, and that it benefits you to do so whether they've made any political statement about you at all. Do you think the trash collectors' union carefully vets the statements of candidates with regards to trash collection before issuing their endorsement? Or perhaps they simply look for anyone who seems aligned with union interests at all? Jesus christ.
