I don't need a microsd because the on board memory is so much I don't even have to think about capacity any more

They didn't really cut a hole in my screen, they expanded my screen around my front facing camera. You can disable that expanded portion of the screen on most phones ?

No, they're making these phones for everyone, because everyone likes big screens and long battery life.
I can confidently say the same thing, I used to care about them all, but I just got used to it
Honestly, none of those things make sense now besides the battery. For the jack, use the USB-C port instead. Batteries charge so quickly that the jack is no longer a concern. Plug that phone 15m and you can listen to music for 4 hours.
I'd even go further and say for 95% of people wireless headphones are totally fine so there isn't even a need for a type c dongle. I don't hear the difference, only the latency. if your an audiophile go buy an xperia 1 v.
