There's a woman who can smell Parkinson's Disease with almost 100% accuracy.

- Yeah something like they got 20 people, 10 with and 10 without Parkinson's, she gave them the sniff and detected 11 people with, correctly pegging all ten with Parkinson's and one from the without group...who was shortly thereafter diagonsed with Parkinson's.
  Figure out what chemical she's detecting and then make a detector for it and you've got a diagnosis machine.
