It's the snake-oil salesman Mehmet Oz of The Dr Oz Show, spinoff from The Oprah Winfrey Show. Oz ran as republican in the Pennsylvania Senate race and lost to Fetterman. Yesterday Oz was confirmed by the Senate as the new Administrator of Medicare and Medicaid.

It's kind of lazy writing to name your sham witchdoctor "Oz" and have him just be the Wizard of Oz verbatim in a modern setting.
Like maybe an allusion or something? Sure. But this heavy handed? Bruh. It's like having a character named Benedict Wang Jingwei Arnold and they betray the protagonist.
