Sweet boy
Sweet boy
Sweet boy
And for those of us that doesn't speak French?
There's no real link with French. She's just calling him a sweet boy in proper english I guess.
I looked it up and she's probably trying to say "gentil garçon" which according to wiktionary would actually mean nice, thoughtful, charming, or lovely.
As a native french speaker, that sounds so weird!
It’s like saying “good girl” or something, definitely not something you hear much in the younger generation.
Read for whom the bell tolls, you'll see it a lot.
You do in the right circumstances...
God what i would do for a beautiful French woman to call me a good bye while she puts a cigarette out on my chest
That took a turn...
€50 doesn’t go as far these days.
