Wait ..... I thought these were the same guys that said that it was immigrants that were rapists .... are they admitting that the rapists were in Texas the whole time?

The billboards aren't saying Americans will rape them, but the smugglers smuggling people into the country, which does have a high incidence of happening.

Whoever or whatever it is .... all I can think of is that Texas is a state full of rapists .. immigrant, state born, male, female, rich, poor, government, non-aligned, Christian, non-religious ... all of them rapists
