So I use my phone often for work. Calculator app, maps, camera etc. Today as of the last 45 min or so Facebook somehow got installed on my phone. I haven't used Facebook since 2009. What gives. Why is it all of a sudden installed and not able to be removed?

I'll admit it - I'm intrigued. I normally go with Pixel devices for stock Android so I'm a little hesitant about Nothing's implementation, but the device itself looks pretty cool.
